This is a portrait of my most recent starter Pokemon, Ezekiel (Oshawott). I really enjoyed painting this. I hope I managed to paint a Pokemon tastefully.
I like the composition...the way the shapes are arranged... the dark and light areas...it's very cubistic. I especially like the b&W sketch because it's so loose as always.
